One of
the latest wellness exercise no to make one fitter with grace is Air
Exercise. You do the movements with music that is most appealing to
you, it may be ballet music or any classical music (As with me, I prefer the “musical
box” arrangement.)
You
move with your feet, body and hands harmoniously. You may stretch upward, sideward,
downward and backward. You may turn around, raise your legs one at a time. You
may close your eyes, as you smile and feel your blood gently circulating around
your system; and your cells given fresh oxygen because of the smoother
movements of your muscles.
Do the
movements in a gliding or fleeting manner as if you are walking, swimming or
flying in the air; and your inner-self will be filled with joy because you are
following your favorite sound freely.
You may
do your air exercise inside your bedroom, your private office or on an open
space and enjoy every moment of your bodily movements giving you that wonderful
feeling of wellness.
