- The Key To Well-Being
Posted by : Unknown
While it is unwise to link good health to any single health practice, if we were to do so, exercise would stand at the top of the list. The best diet in the world will not be of great value if your body furnaces are smoldering and the flow are clogged. A weak heart, sluggish circulation, flabby muscles, demineralized bones, shallow respiration, poor digestion, and faulty elimination --- all these go along with physical inactivity. So why not make a resolution to have an exercise program suited to your needs --- and start it right?
Take Care
* If you are pregnant, are on any medication, or suffer from illness, consult your doctor before you begin. Take things easy and build your exercise routines up gradually, particularly if you haven't done any exercise for a while.
* It is normal for your heart to beat faster and for you to become breathless and sweat during sustained aerobic exercise. Slow down, however, if you feel nauseous, dizzy, light-headed, experience severe breathlessness, chest pain, pain in the neck and arms, or heart palpitations.
* If after taking regulation exercise and making other changes to your lifestyle, you still feel chronically tired, consult a doctor.
