Although the air surrounding us contains about one-fifth oxygen, we differ in our ability to absorb it. The size of our lungs, the speed at which oxygen enters your blood and the speed at which your blood and the speed at which your blood carries it to your muscles, determine the rate at which it can be delivered to your cells. These factors all depend, in turn, on the speed at which your cells can get rid of their waste products. By the time you are eighty, your oxygen flow is expected to have degenerated to about 66% of your potential maximum. Obviously, the less oxygen you absorb, the greater the chances of your  health crumbling.

Yaw-w-w-n

Yawning is nature's way of inviting you to open your door to take fuller burst of life-giving oxygen, which is especially famous for livening up a listless brain. A good yawn helps release tension in you abdominal muscles and encourages stagnating fluids and energy on their way. Digestive processes thank you for the helping hand, while the masseter muscles around your jaw are able to release tension. Brainpower refreshed and your eyes are bathed in fresh supplies of cleansing fluid.
