- Beware! Beware!
If any number of offenders cause your capillaries to dilate too quickly reaction snowball, with a burst of plasma proteins spilling over into your intercellular fluid.
* Refined sugars, salts and over processed foods (like biscuits, crisps and ice cream) all served as a poison to your capillaries causing them to dilate. Plasma proteins escape.
* Your hormonal response to stress triggers a release of hormones which dilate your capillaries. Plasma proteins surface.
* When injured, your cells release poisons, like histamine, which dilate your capillaries pulling plasma proteins and fluid from your bloodstream, creating inflammation and pain. Plasma proteins cluster.
* As they become trapped they cause pressure in you intercellular fluid, influencing the onset of high blood pressure. Plasma proteins rob your cells of oxygen.
* When they cluster around your cells they create an imbalance in potassium and sodium, upsetting the pump that generates electrical activity. Trapped plasma proteins switch your generators off, dulling your energy supply, causing pain and damage.
* Overdosing on fats in your diets robs your body of oxygen, making it impossible for your cells to complete their energy cycles. Red blood cells carry oxygen through your bloodstream. If they are not charged with a rich supply they cluster, causing cellular jams. Trapped proteins appear at the scene of the crime.
