If your circulation becomes stagnant, blood plasma proteins such as globulin, fibrinogen and albumin, accumulate and cluster causing a fragmented stockpile of rubbish in your tissue spaces, and sever problems for your cells. They cause a sad loss of energy, blocked electrical circuits, pain and disease. Up to 50% of these proteins can leak out of your bloodstream over twenty-four hour period if blood capillaries have dilated due to poor nutrition, reactions to stress, improper exercise or injury.

Once released into your intercellular fluid, plasma proteins depend entirely on your lymphatic to return them to your blood. They are simply too large to enter the tiny walls of your blood capillaries. Because they carry a negative charge, trapped plasma proteins attract sodium which in turn causes fluid retention. If surrounded cells become swamped with fluid, they in turn are deprived of oxygen and nutrients, and are simply unable to operate. For healthy functioning, a cell must remain in a dry state with just enough fluid to fill the crevices around it.
