- Silent Supports
As you bounce, the supply of blood to your muscles is dramatically improved which in turn stimulates your lymphatic flow. Little is said about the magical properties of lymph, or of the important role your lymphatic system play in supporting the quality your health. Lymph is a colorless, watery tissue fluid that circulates in the lymphatic vessels of the body. It becomes milky when draining fats and wastes from your intestines. About 10% of fluid and all blood plasma proteins enter your lymphatic which are often described as the rubbish bin of your body. Dead cells, bacteria, viruses and plasma proteins are among debris from intercellular fluid, rendered harmless in your lymphatic, before re-entering the bloodstream.
Cellular Potential
By adulthood, your body is an amazing network of billions of microscopic particles or cells, which attempt to maintain themselves, even against all odds. While some have multiplied to stimulate your growth, and to repair wear and tear, others have simply increased in size. Every cell depends on bountiful supplies of rich oxygen and an abundance of essential nutrients from your food. In the heart of every cell, tiny chemical furnaces, known as mitochondria, are bus in the processes essential to your metabolism. Oxygen and nutrients combine to create energy for the life processes of each cell.
