     The use of your bouncer exerts a powerful influence upon your neurolymphatic reflex zones. This simple test will show you how positive this influence can be. Try it with a friend and see for yourself.

* Stand straight, bending your knee at a right angle. Lift your high parallel to the floor. Take a deep breath in. As you exhale have your friend press down with a firm hand on the front of your thigh. Try to push against the pressure by moving your thigh upward. Register the amount of force you need to muster to push your thigh.

* Now, rub your hands up and down complete lower edge of your ribs on both sides. This is the neurolymphatic reflex zone for your quadriceps muscles. Repeat the test again. Now that your neurolymphatic has been activated do you find it simpler to resist the pressure? Do you feel more power?

* Bounce freely for about thirty seconds without rubbing your zones. Repeat the test again with your friend. Do you have more power than in either of the previous test?
